A client mentioned that while our tube squeezer is durable and well-constructed, it requires a strong grip for optimal use. The issue lies in the squeezer releasing the tube after squeezing, causing it to refill with product. They were also looking for a model that could accommodate wider tubes but noted that ours, though versatile, lacks a locking feature to hold the tube in place.
In response, we’ve evaluated several potential improvements and identified a solution that we hope will better serve our customers. We’ve ordered the necessary rubber parts from our supplier and plan to include these as accessories in an upcoming product update.
